Personal Introduction Required
Every candidate seeking admission must be introduced in person to the Principal by the parent, who must provide correct details and sign the application form.
Permanent Records
The date of birth and name once recorded at the time of admission cannot be changed.
Required Documents (Std. I–VIII)
If the candidate has previously attended any school, the following documents must be submitted:
- Aadhar Card
- Transfer Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Progress Report
Birth Certificate Verification
Any pupil coming fresh from home should produce the original Birth Certificate from the Municipality or Gram Panchayat to verify the date of birth.
Transfer Certificate Application
Application for a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) must be submitted at least one week before the required date.
External School Transfers
Pupils transferring from another school must submit a Transfer Certificate duly counter-signed by the Deputy Director of Education. No T.C. will be issued during holidays.
Conduct & Behavior
The Principal reserves the right to discontinue the studies of any pupil whose conduct or behavior is unsatisfactory.
Clearance of Dues
The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all school dues are cleared.
All academic and administrative decisions are subject to the discretion of the school management.
