Admission Guidelines
Learn more about our admission process, eligibility, and key requirements for St. Joseph’s Convent School. We believe in transparency, fairness, and opportunity for all.
(1) REGISTRATION
- Registration opens in the month of November/December.
- No advance registration is allowed.
- Registration form must be filled by the parents only.
- Children aged 3 years are eligible for admission to Nursery.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Parents must accompany their child during the interview. No other person will be permitted.
(2) ADMISSION
- A written test followed by an interview will be conducted for all classes (except Nursery). Admission is based on merit and seat availability.
- The school authority’s decision regarding registration and admission will be final.
- Admission is confirmed only after submission of all required documents and payment of fees within 3 days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and allotment to the next candidate in the waiting list. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
(3) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
- Copy of birth certificate issued by municipality/panchayat or hospital.
- Certificate must be attested by a gazetted officer or equivalent authority.
- Interview slip must be produced at the time of test/interview.
- Students seeking admission from Class I onward must submit the previous school’s leaving certificate and report card.
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
(4) POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Affidavits will not be accepted.
- Once entered, details such as name, parentage, surname, and date of birth cannot be changed by the school authorities.
